POJECT MANAGEMENT MEETING OF LIFE IP PROJECT

These meetings are planned with all Action Leaders of the LIFE Project to discuss the complementation aspects of each action as well as monitor the delivery of the expected results.
Project Management Meetings are regular events that involve all participants discussing issues and making proposals for the purpose of generating decisions that contribute to effective project delivery, according to planned goals.
